The Orientation & Guidance Service advises and guides users on how to use the library, its resources, and research tools. It also manages the document loan system for all beneficiaries using the automated PMB system.
This service orients and advises students on the procedures for using the library and trains them on the techniques and tools for searching the library's online catalogue.
This service is also responsible for lending documents requested by beneficiaries (professors, researchers and students) and recovering them using the automated PMB loan system in accordance with the library's internal regulations, as follows:

Loan Renewal & Follow-upProcessing loan renewals, managing overdue returns, and ensuring compliance with the library's internal lending regulations.
The home loan service is organized according to user category. All loans are managed through the automated PMB system.
